We configure our Virtual Health Operating System based on the number of states in which you need support and the length of your contract. Pricing ranges from $500 to $5,000 per state per month and includes almost everything you need to offer clinical services to your members. Legal agreements? Check. Provider credentialing? Check. Malpractice insurance? Check. And much more. Subscribe month to month or sign a long term agreement. Launch in one state or several. Switch out non-performing states on the fly. Cancel anytime.
Efficient Implementation Costs
Our focus is on providing your team with unparalleled convenience in a typically overwhelming segment of our health care system. We’ve built our Virtual Health Operating System to be highly configurable so you don’t need to spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to get up and running. Services can be launched in less than 72 hours. Implementation fees range from $10,000 to $25,000 depending on the size of engagement and scope of services provided.
Advisory Services
Need help figuring out which states to target for your particular company’s focus? Or need assistance thinking through the right business model? Interested in having support negotiating your first payer or health system contract? Want help mapping out a product roadmap that achieves differentiation from your competitors? Looking for a thought partner to help organize your fundraising efforts? Our advisory team can help with all of the above and more. Services are structured as a monthly retainer and can be customized to your team’s needs and project timelines, but in general range from $5,000 to $20,000 per month. Equity arrangements can also be incorporated into an advisory relationship and can be used to supplement a portion of the monthly retainer.
Add-Ons
We get start-ups. We understand that needs change month to month. We partner with you and your team to develop additional offerings that solve pain points and help you move quickly before the market opportunity dissipates or is captured by your competitor. We recognize that building out an entire clinical services team is hard for most companies and can take 12 to 24 months. We specialize in customized offerings that were built before you realized you needed them. Examples of add-ons include tail insurance for your clinicians, legal support from a leading healthcare law firm, recruiting services to build out your clinician network, development of a clinical advisory board, and a variety of other services as needed.
